MS Polymer Contruction Sealant &Adhesive
MS sealant is a universal grade, general purpose all-weather
adhesive sealant based on Silyl-modified polymer. It is suitable
in wide range of industrial applications and it has excellent
primerless adhesion to various types of substrates of dissimilar
porosity and surface textures. It also can be over painted with
water based paint.
MS sealant is a technology that combines the unique features of silicone and
polyurethane sealants. It will cure into an elastic
rubber by reaction with moisture of atmosphere after exposed. It is not suitable for structural glazing.
MS sealant is specially developed as a universal sealant for
sealing building connection and expansion joint on
most building materials such as concrete, brickwork, aluminum,
stainless / mild or galvanized steel, door or
metal frames, and ceramics.
* Eco friendly, no solvent, silicone or isocyanate, low VOC, very safe.
* Paintable,No shrinkage after full dry.
* Excellent adhesion, suitable for all kinds of coatings and wood.
* Excellent water resistance, resist the rain wash, it could be
used for the outside of tanks.
* Fast cure, faster cure speed than other sealants when in cold
weather.
* Excellent weatherproofing, performs well in all kinds of weather.
